The BLink-seq Protocols
BLink-seq technology has two parts:
-
the BLink beads that make the linked-read part possible
-
the library preparation using BLink beads
Without the BLink beads, you will be unable to prepare libraries. Most of the effort involved in getting linked-read data from BLink-seq happens at the bead-making step. After beads are made, you can use the stock to make several 96-well plates worth of libraries.
Given how technical each of these steps are, we break these down into two processes, each with their own protocols. The official protocol PDFs live in their own versioned repository here.
